I love babies! I don't think I can say it enough. Baby Mahlon was 6 weeks old at the time of the photo shoot and would not go to sleep. We were lucky to get a few sleeping shots here and there but for the most part, he remained awake during the session. I wanted to get a few more sleeping shots as this is the only time babies this age get to relax and bend their arms and legs. Next time you see a baby around this age, try to keep him/her curled up, while awake, and you'll see what I mean lol!

This is a very tough age to photograph, I won't deny it. Anytime between 3 weeks and 3 months old, it's difficult. They're not quiet newborns anymore for those sleepy/curled up shots, nor do they respond to stranger's requests for smiles.

Regardless of Mahlon's age, I was able to capture some great shots! I love how I was able to get eye connection with him and the camera. He was a very good baby after all and enjoyed his session very much.

:: poof! gone ::

oh no!!! my website is gone! it crashed last night in a matter of seconds. The worst part is that I can't recover it so now I'm trying to upload another website I've been working on but it's not 100% ready. I rather have that website that nothing at all!
